Abstract
Professional leadership character development requires identity modification which is certainly difficult. Various leadership development programs have been designed and implemented by military organizations to produce quality, efficient and effective leaders. A leaders need to have spiritual strength as well as physical to efficiently perform military task. Nevertheless, the overall model of leadership development that is referenced tends to be physically worldly and marginalizes strong spiritual construction. Therefore, in order to produce future leaders who are spiritually and physically strong, the development of leadership character must take account into spiritual elements that are life's backbone. Thus, the objective of this study is to develop guidelines that are physically and spiritual sustainable for the purpose of professional leadership character development among Malaysian Armed Forces. This study uses qualitative method with document analysis approach. Data were analyzed through thematic methods to answer the objectives study that have been set. The expected results are a guidelines for professional leadership character development based on Nubuwwah method and further recommend guidelines to the Army Combat Training. Center (PULADA), Army Communication and Electronics Institute (IKED), RMAF Aerospace Engineering Services Center (PUSPEKA), Army Basic Training Center (PUSASDA) and so on.
