Abstract
As the complexity of the Internet world continues to evolve, network administrators face increasing challenges in managing technical issues, particularly those related to cybersecurity. Server maintenance, especially in the context of client access to Internet connections and services, presents a common cybersecurity concern within organizations. An especially elusive issue is the detection of proxy servers used by clients as intermediate devices to access servers. Currently, there is no universally effective technique capable of detecting all types of proxy servers. This research addresses the limitations of existing methods by proposing a comprehensive framework that combines multiple techniques for proxy detection. The study aims to contribute valuable insights to the field, bridging existing knowledge gaps and facilitating the development of more effective and efficient detection methods for Internet servers to identify client usage of proxy servers.
